php65 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. php65 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
php65 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the platform at the time of deposit. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
Deposits are credited to your php65 account balance in real time for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect. php65 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
